Anju grew up in Broadview Heights, Ohio and graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University.  She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, biking, and snorkeling (when she gets the chance)! She is excited to move down to Gainesville to pursue her pediatric residency at UF Shands Children’s Hospital and become a part of the gator family!

Devin Bazick

Subspecialty: Developmental, Behavioral and Primary care

Devin is a Floridian born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She also is a returning Gator after disappearing to the Caribbean for medical school at Ross University, followed by completing family medicine residency in South Carolina (she got really lost). When she grows up, Devin hopes to work in primary care and keep her developmentally disabled patients as they age into adulthood! In her “spare time” she enjoys baking for her co-residents, doing puzzles, crocheting, reading, and going to the beach or springs whenever she can.

Taylor was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After completing college in Toronto, she worked in STEM education for a year before moving to Nashville, Tennessee where she completed her Medical Degree in 2021 at Meharry Medical College. In her free time Taylor loves to exercise and eat unhealthy food (after all, life is about balance). She loves to travel, most recently to visit her other brother in Philadelphia, but she is eager for international travel to return so she can visit her parents in Canada!

Hannah was born in Dubai and moved to the U.S. when she was four. She has lived in 5 states, most recently in Oregon where she earned her MS and MD at OHSU. She’s excited to move closer to family in Florida and serve as a pediatric resident at UF!

After completing his undergrad at UF (Go Gators!) and moving to Philadelphia for medical school, Michael is so excited to return to the swamp for his residency! In his downtime, you can find Michael cheering on the Gator football team, playing tennis, reading Harry Potter, cooking for his fiance, or going to Disney World.

Lane is an Alabama native. Outside of medicine, Lane’s pride and joy is her dog, Remi the Cavapoo. She also enjoys waterskiing, Pure Barre, and is an avid reader.

Aneeb grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana and is the youngest of 5 children. He and his wife have always dreamed of leaving the snow behind and are excited to start the next chapter of their lives in the Sunshine State. Outside of medicine, Aneeb enjoys watching jeopardy, trying new recipes with his wife, and reading about geography/history.

Saachi is a transplant to Florida, originally hailing from the Washington DC metropolitan area. She studied public health and biology at Johns Hopkins University, attended medical school at the University of Maryland, and is thrilled to now work with the kiddos and families at Shands Children’s Hospital. Outside of medicine, she enjoys curling up with a good book, discovering new yoga poses, traveling, and most especially, eating (nothing is off the table!).

Iriyise was born in Lagos, Nigeria. She graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University College of Health Sciences and worked at the Nigerian Air Force Hospital before moving to Toronto with her family. She is excited to join the UF family and start her residency training at Gainesville. She likes music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
