The curriculum is intentionally designed to provide a balanced educational experience across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, and individualized learning experiences. Curriculum development is guided by the Curriculum Subcommittee (within the Program Evaluation Committee), which facilitates resident feedback on curriculum issues and program direction. Its members include residents, faculty, and a community pediatrician. Curriculum changes are based on the program’s educational goals, ACGME requirements, and ongoing feedback from residents and faculty.
